## Our Leadership

Our leadership team helps guide the mission, operations, financial responsibility, and organizational direction of Driven by Faith Project.

Each role helps ensure that the organization stays focused on its purpose: putting faith in action by helping individuals and families facing hardship through practical support, encouragement, and community care.

## How We Lead

Driven by Faith Project is built on the belief that leadership is service. Our team works to make thoughtful decisions, protect the mission, and create a trusted structure where people can give, serve, partner, and ask for help with confidence.

As the organization grows, our leadership team will continue developing processes, partnerships, policies, and programs that help us serve people responsibly and effectively.
