# Our Values

> **Our values guide how Driven by Faith Project serves, supports, and shows up for individuals and families facing hardship.**

## What Guides Us

Driven by Faith Project is built on more than good intentions. We want every decision, every donation, every partnership, and every act of support to reflect the heart of our mission.

These values help keep us focused on putting faith in action with compassion, responsibility, and care.

| Value | What It Means |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Faith** | We believe faith should be lived out through action, service, generosity, and a willingness to help others during difficult moments. |
| **Compassion** | We approach people with care, understanding, and kindness, recognizing that hardship can happen to anyone. |
| **Dignity** | We believe every person deserves to be treated with respect, privacy, and compassion, no matter what situation they are facing. |
| **Community** | We believe people are stronger when they come together, and that real support often starts with a community willing to show up. |
| **Transparency** | We aim to be clear and responsible with our mission, donations, assistance efforts, partnerships, and public information. |
| **Action** | We believe compassion should move. Our goal is not only to care, but to respond in practical and meaningful ways when resources allow. |

## Faith

Faith is at the center of Driven by Faith Project. To us, faith is not only something spoken. It is something lived out through service, generosity, compassion, and action.

We want our work to reflect faith in motion: seeing a need, caring enough to respond, and doing what we can to help.

## Compassion

Compassion means meeting people with care instead of judgment.

Many people face hardship because of one unexpected moment, such as a sudden expense, a family emergency, a medical need, or a difficult season that becomes too heavy to carry alone.

We believe people deserve support that feels human, respectful, and sincere.

## Dignity

Asking for help can be difficult. That is why dignity matters.

Driven by Faith Project seeks to serve individuals and families in a way that respects their privacy, their story, and their humanity.

We do not believe people should have to lose their dignity in order to receive support.

## Community

Community is how real support becomes possible.

Donors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, local businesses, and everyday supporters all play a role in helping people through hardship.

We believe no one should have to face life’s hardest moments alone, and community is one of the ways we help remind people of that.

## Transparency

Trust matters.

As a nonprofit, we want to communicate clearly, handle resources responsibly, and build confidence with donors, volunteers, partners, and the people we serve.

Transparency helps protect the mission and keeps the organization focused on serving people well.

## Action

Action is where compassion becomes real.

Driven by Faith Project exists to do more than talk about helping people. We want to turn faith, care, and community support into practical help when it matters most.
